ANA RUSCH
As a young athlete, Ana was introduced to fitness from a very early age. The gym is practically her second home and in addition to being a fitness instructor, she is also a student, double-majoring here at FIU.

Her favorite hobbies include figure skating, dancing, and rock climbing. She is also very passionate about teaching. "Being an instructor is so exciting. You are given the opportunity to help improve people's well-being and instill the positivity of fitness in them. You also get to meet so many different people who inspire you everyday."

PIYOGA
This class combines the controlled breathing and stretching of yoga with the core tightening and strengthening of Pilates. It will stretch and strengthen all of the body's major muscle groups in one workout. It combines the best of both worlds for the beginner to advanced student.
